How much is the delivery charge?
Standard delivery starts from ৳60 inside Rajshahi and ৳120 outside Rajshahi. The final charge can vary with the product's weight, size and quantity. Heavier or bulky orders may cost more to deliver.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–2 days inside Rajshahi and 3–5 days outside Rajshahi. Times can be longer for bulky orders, remote areas, or during holidays and bad weather.
Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?
Yes, we deliver to all 64 districts.
How can I pay?
Two ways: Cash on Delivery (pay when your parcel arrives), or online payment from your Arif Mart wallet.
How does wholesale pricing work?
Many products have quantity tiers: the more units you buy, the lower the price per unit. You'll see the tiers on each product page in the app.
Which operators can I recharge?
Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink and Airtel. You can also buy internet, minute and combo packs.
How do I track my order?
Open the app and go to the Orders tab to see the status of every order.
Is there an iPhone app?
